The governing body of the American Rhinologic Society consists of seven elected officers and six elected directors. Together, these members constitute the Board of Directors. In addition to these twelve members, the immediate Past-President remains a member of the Board of Directors for one year. These fourteen members form the voting members of the Board of Directors.
